Purchasing Resistance Training equipment is always a tough
process with so many different suppliers in the market. After much research and
due process we decided to go with a brand we felt we could trust and a brand that
consumers would know. This brand was Nautilus and this decision has proven to
be one of the best decision we have made. After an
extremely smooth installation the service and support provided by the Nautilus
team has been outstanding. The staff training days run by Xen proved extremely
beneficial to our fitness team with the entire group undergoing full training
with the new equipment, as well as the theory behind the exciting programs that
Nautilus run. The educational experience provided by Xen and his team had a big
impact on our fitness team, which has helped them inspire and educate our valuable
members. All our fitness team are now Nautilus accredited! Not
only did the Nautilus team motivate and educate our fitness division and club
members they also spent time with our sales team to ensure they were educated
on the unique benefits of Nautilus. The 3 hours session inspired the sales team
and gave them renewed focus towards their work and helped inject some passion
into their performance. In addition to the training
of our staff, another unique service offered by the Nautilus team was a seminar
promoting the Nautilus Expressway, which proved to be a huge success. The
night was well received by our members and helped generate some genuine excitement
about the expressway program (which has since proved to be a huge success). The
expressway program has provided another unique service for our club and has helped
separate us form our competitors. All in all we have
extremely happy with Nautilus. The equipment is first class and the support offered
by the team is second to none - we could not ask for anymore. Well
done Xen and we look forward to your help in launching some more of the exciting
Nautilus programs in the future. Your enthusiasm and willingness to pass on your
