wide. Our Service Head Office is located in Melbourne and is owned by The Fitness
Generation and our Service Technicians are internationally trained and we
can address and repair any problem within 48 hours... guaranteed.
AFTER
SALES SUPPORT
The
Fitness Generation is very proud to boast what we feel is the best after
sales support structure in the industry. Our policy is to always support
the customer and we believe this cannot be achieved unless a company is
prepared to invest in its promises.
STOCK ON
HAND
We
have invested hundreds and thousands of dollars to have stock on hand in
our warehouses Australia
wide, ready to be dispatched at a moments notice (no long delays while
parts are ordered from overseas). We also keep spare parts for all our
brands in stock around Australia
to keep downtime to a minimum and always offer 'A Grade' service.
TECHNICIAN
TRAINING
Our
technicians attend international service seminars both here in Australia
and abroad and are specifically trained on TFG products. Our knowledge of
our products is second to none.
